The instability of truth: aspects of developing a specific Indigenous methodology on experimental practice-led research

Lecture by Brenda Croft, lecturer at the David Unaipon College of Indigenous
Education and Research, and the School of Art, Architecture and Design, Division of
Education, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of South Australia, former senior curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art at the National Gallery of Australia. She will present her PhD research on developing methods of elaborating models for representing a Gurundji (Indigenous Australian nation) history, and the contemporary experience for those culturally affiliated with the Gurundji people. Her research outcomes will include the creation of experimental cross-disciplinary art through practice-led research and theoretical analysis.
